When Should you use Emergency Services?
Don’t hesitate to come to the Emergency Department if you or a loved one is experiencing life-threatening illness or conditions.
Concerning Symptoms may include (but are not limited to)
- Chest pain
- Severe abdominal pain
- Sudden blurred vision
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Sudden weakness or loss of coordination/balance
- Sudden numbness in face, arms, legs
- Sudden severe headache
- Severe nausea or vomiting
- Change or loss of consciousness
- Severe cuts/wounds
- Suspected fracture
- Head or spinal injury
- Sudden, severe pain
- Suicidal or homicidal thoughts
