This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. Immunizations provided for children who meet Vaccine for Children (VFC) eligibility from birth through 18 years old. Call for information regarding adult immunizations including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A and influenza. Appointments are required. Generally held the first Tuesday of each month.
