This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, May 14th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. Open to anyone who has lost someone to suicide. Group meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30PM.

Great Give Day is a 24-hour, online giving day that inspires community members to come together to celebrate and raise dollars for local nonprofits. Like previous years, RMC will be participating. All donations raised will go towards growing Regional Medical Center's Endowment Fund,
