Forever Fit – Fitness Program

This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class.
What you can expect:
- Low Intensity Cardio
- Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strengthening
- Balance
- Stretching
Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, February 11th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.

Punch Card Option:
Not sure if you can attend all of the sessions? We now offer a $65 punch card that will give you a total of 6 Forever Fit sessions. These sessions will be of your choosing (over a 90 day period). Interested in purchasing a punch pass? Contact the Bob Holtz Wellness Center.
