Persons Applying For This Position Must Possess The Following Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate
• Able to assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Must possess desire to provide a clean, sanitary environment
• Close attention to detail
• Past cleaning experience preferred
• Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform routine or heavy manual tasks depending on assignment
• Must be able to endure long periods of physical activity
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, stretching is required
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holiday rotation, as needed
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment, performing a variety of frequently changing tasks
• Able to work alone safely
• Confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information gained in position must be maintained according to hospital and departmental policy
